Hela’r Sgwarnog (Hunt the Hare) is a traditional Welsh tune, a polka!

This is another installment in my celtic clawhammer banjo series.

Prerequisites

  1. There is very little use of the thumb in this arrangement, almost all Index finger of the right-hand
  2. Pull-offs and hammer-ons
  3. Ability to read or hear dotted 8th note rhythm.

I’d rate this arrangement as intermediate as quite a bit of left-hand devices are used.
