This Traditional Irish tune “Whiskey in the jar” has been a hit for a long time.  This 5-string banjo TAB to  uses mostly a Roll-based approach.  It shouldn’t be too hard for the beginner as long as they know their basic key of C chords (C-F-G-Amin).

This song has quite the history, it’s been covered by everyone from Metallica, Tin Lizzy, to the Dubliners.
